Role Responsibilities

- Design rubric-style LLM prompts and evaluate AI-generated outputs
- Create and review structured evaluation tasks related to policy, civic programs, and public sector operations
- Assess model reasoning, policy accuracy, and administrative practicality
- Contribute expertise to improve AI systems used in public sector and governance contexts
Requirements
- Experience as a public sector consultant, policy analyst, or civic program lead
- Prior experience working on Mercor rubric-style tasks preferred
- Strong understanding of government operations, policy analysis, or public administration workflows
- Ability to design effective prompts and critically evaluate LLM responses
- Excellent analytical thinking and written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
