Responsibilities
Fulfilling the purchasing needs at RP by following through the purchasing process from obtaining the approved purchase request (PR’s) from the Factory, issuing subsequent purchase orders (PO’s) until the transaction is
completed, in addition to ensuring that the specifications of the purchased items match those specified in the PO
Obtain offers as long as technically approved and within delivery schedule according to Riyadh Pharma policy
Follow up orders from acknowledgment of need until arrival to stores
Follow up with the Warehouse function to obtain GRN / update records
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's
Experience
Years 1- 5
