We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of QA Analyst to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) – 2-3 days in office required

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manual QA Analyst. The successful candidate will support enterprise-scale banking applications by validating complex workflows, ensuring high-quality releases, and leveraging modern AI tools to improve test efficiency, documentation, and defect analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual testing for web, mobile, API, and enterprise banking applications
- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to create detailed test scenarios and test cases
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira or similar platforms
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and release teams in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in Manual QA / Software Testing
- Experience working within banking or financial services environments
- Hands on experience with Jira and ALM
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
- Strong experience with defect management and test management tools
- Working knowledge of SQL and database validation
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced enterprise environments
