Job Description:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance
- Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations
- Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
- Manage contract administration and cost reporting
- Conduct site measurements and project cost analysis
- Support project teams in cost control and financial planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Registration with the relevant professional body is an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, and project budgeting
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
