Scope of the Role
As Sabeel Al-Rashid continues its rapid expansion, attracting and hiring the right talent is essential to supporting our operational growth. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of operational, administrative, and management positions.
This role goes beyond filling vacancies. You will play a key part in building strong talent pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure timely, high-quality hiring that supports our business objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, and is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from manpower request and job posting through screening, interviewing, selection, and job offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define candidate profiles, and provide recruitment guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Source qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, universities, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessment and interview processes with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and recruitment reports while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and other talent attraction activities.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and approved recruitment procedures.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms is an advantage.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for operational, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or FMCG positions is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Professional certifications in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD are considered an advantage.
