About the Company
We are seeking a proactive and commercially-minded Senior HR & Recruitment Specialist to drive our talent acquisition and human resources operations in Saudi Arabia. Operating within the fast-paced medical supplies and distribution sector, you will be responsible for sourcing top-tier industry talent—ranging from medical representatives to regulatory affairs and supply chain experts. Furthermore, you will ensure our HR operations are seamlessly aligned with Saudi Labor Law, managing government portals and maintaining optimal Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance. The ideal candidate brings 3 to 7 years of hands-on HR experience in the KSA market and a strong understanding of the healthcare distribution landscape.

We are seeking a proactive and commercially-minded Senior HR & Recruitment Specialist to drive our talent acquisition and human resources operations in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles, including Key Account Managers, Regulatory Affairs Specialists (SFDA-focused), Biomedical Engineers, and Supply Chain/Logistics personnel.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize local and international job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and local networks to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates experienced in the Saudi healthcare sector (MOH, NUPCO, private hospitals).
- Onboarding: Facilitate a comprehensive onboarding program that integrates new hires into the company culture and ensures rapid productivity.
KSA Government Compliance & Operations
- Portal Management: Actively manage and process HR operations through key Saudi government platforms, including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad.
- Saudization (Nitaqat) Strategy: Monitor the company’s Nitaqat status and execute targeted hiring strategies to ensure strict compliance with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) directives, particularly regarding localized medical and administrative professions.
- Employee Services: Oversee Iqama renewals, issue exit/re-entry visas, manage medical insurance enrollments, and handle employment contract generation and attestation via Qiwa.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- HR Business Partnering: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Performance Cycles: Assist department heads in executing annual performance appraisals, identifying training needs, and developing talent retention strategies.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure company HR policies and employee handbooks are up-to-date and compliant with the latest Saudi Labor Law amendments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD or SHRM certification is highly advantageous).
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of dedicated HR and recruitment experience in Saudi Arabia. Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare distribution industry is strongly preferred.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep, practical knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and hands-on experience navigating MHRSD platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, etc.).
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory for drafting contracts, managing government portals, and interviewing diverse candidates.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to assess and evaluate technical and commercial talent within the medical sector.
- High emotional intelligence with strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern HRIS software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Oracle).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity.
