Responsibilities

1. Fully responsible for the strategic planning, solution design, and delivery execution of the company's Energy Storage System (ESS) business in the APAC region.
2. Lead cross-departmental collaboration (sales, technical, project, engineering) to develop and optimize integrated solutions that meet market and customer needs.
3. Conduct in-depth analysis of energy policies, technical standards, and market trends in the APAC region, and formulate technical support strategies for market entry and business expansion.
4. Participate in and lead major project bidding efforts, including technical proposal preparation, customer Q&A, solution presentations, and negotiations.
5. Oversee technical execution during project implementation, promptly resolve critical technical issues encountered during solution deployment, and ensure on-time, quality delivery.
6. Maintain and expand high-level relationships with key customers, government agencies, industry organizations, and strategic partners to drive regional business growth.
7. Continuously monitor the latest technological developments and competitive landscape in the energy storage industry, and drive innovation and upgrades of the company's solutions.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in solution design, project development, EPC, or technical management in the Energy Storage System (ESS) or wind energy industry, with at least 8 years of international market experience preferred.
3. Deep understanding of energy storage system integration, electrical design, and international standards (e.g., IEC/IEEE).
4. Experience in bidding for large-scale renewable energy projects, contract negotiations, and full project lifecycle management.
5. Excellent strategic thinking, cross-cultural communication, and high-level customer relationship management skills.
6. Ability to adapt to frequent international travel and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
