About the Role
London School of Science & Technology (UK) is hiring for its Islamabad Support & Liaison Office, operating under Fairfield Global Education Network (Private) Limited.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible professional to support Registry, Examination Operations, Academic Administration, and Student Services.
This role requires someone who understands the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, academic compliance, and timely delivery of examination and registry processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a higher education, academic administration, examinations, or student services environment.
Candidates based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi (Twin Cities) will be preferred as this is a fully on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate examination activities, assessments, and academic reporting
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation through academic systems (SMS/SITS)
• Support timetables, attendance records, results processing, reassessments, and academic documentation
• Handle student academic queries, extensions, and mitigation processes professionally
• Liaise with internal teams and UK stakeholders regarding academic operations
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with institutional policies
Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Registry, Examinations, Academic Administration, or Student Services (mandatory)
• Exposure to higher education systems and academic processes preferred
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting
• Professional approach with ownership and accountability
Preferred Profile
We are looking for candidates who can independently manage academic processes, communicate confidently, and handle sensitive student and examination-related information with professionalism.
Experience in general administration without exposure to academic operations may not be suitable for this position.
