About The Company

Ajinomoto Cambrooke, Inc. formerly Cambrooke Therapeutics, Inc. (expansion of Cambrooke Foods) was founded in 2000 by Lynn and David Paolella, the parents of two children diagnosed with a rare disease called phenylketonuria (PKU).
