We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Regulatory Affairs Intern to support regulatory documentation, data management, and cross-functional coordination. This role provides hands-on experience in regulatory operations, documentation workflows, and project tracking within a fast-paced environment.
This summer internship is from May 2026 through August 2026, and is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) portal to ensure accuracy and accessibility of documentation
- Respond to document requests by providing ingredient lists (IL), formulas, SDS, and other regulatory materials to distributors, internal stakeholders, and IP teams
- Organize and audit Product Information Files (PIFs), including obtaining missing documentation and archiving outdated records
- Review manufacturer documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards
- Coordinate and obtain notarizations and apostilles as required for regulatory submissions
- Update and manage registration trackers to monitor project status and progression
- Support project management efforts, including tracking timelines and deliverables for CSS product implementations
- Contribute to an AI-focused project or presentation exploring opportunities to improve efficiency and processes within the role
Education/Experience:
- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Legal, Political Science, Government, Chemistry, Business, or related discipline)
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in regulatory processes, documentation management, or product compliance
- Curiosity about AI tools and their application in business processes is a plus
