Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate product registration and import projects, guiding team members in managing daily tasks to ensure project requirements, timelines, and deliverables are met efficiently.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication within the team and across stakeholders.
- Liaise with government authorities and internal stakeholders to facilitate registration processes and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor project progress and address issues that may impact timelines, deliverables, or project outcomes.
- Stay updated on regulatory developments, conduct regulatory and business research, and communicate relevant changes to the team and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper organization of physical and digital documentation.
- Act as the company's Technical Person in Charge (Penanggung Jawab Teknis/PJT), ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and licensing obligations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Pharmacist registration preferred)
- Possess an active Pharmacist Registration Certificate (STRA) and willing to obtain a Surat Izin Praktek Apoteker (SIPA) if required.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs/Product Registration
- Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of Indonesian regulatory requirements (BPOM, MoH, BPJPH, etc.)
- Proficient in regulatory documentation management and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
