Job Purpose:

To manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and deliver tailored financial solutions aligned with industry needs.

Main Tasks & Accountabilities:

  • Manage and grow the portfolio of corporate clients in line with bank’s quality standard
  • Identify and drive lending, trade finance, and fee income opportunities within existing and new clients
  • Identify and market cross-sell opportunities across banking products to the clients
  • Conduct financial analysis and support credit applications
  • Maintain strong client engagement with regular visits and calls
  • Monitor portfolio performance and risks and escalate early warning signals.
  • Manage all kind of communication and interactions with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with credit administration and other support functions for timely execution of deals

Background Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, Preferred: MBA / CFA / CA or equivalent finance qualification
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in corporate banking or relationship management
  • Strong track record in business origination and client management
  • Good understanding of credit and financial analysis
