Role Purpose:
To build, strengthen, and manage relationships with cultural sector partners and beneficiaries, promote CDF programs and financial solutions, identify opportunities that support sector growth, and ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with CDF policies and standards.
Job Specific Accountabilities:
- Follow all relevant CDF departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure work is conducted in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Manage daily operations related to client and partner engagement to ensure continuity of services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cultural organizations, creatives, SMEs, and sector beneficiaries through outreach, visits, and continuous engagement.
- Develop a full understanding of each partner’s needs, industry trends, and strategic priorities to align CDF programs and financial offerings accordingly.
- Identify partnership and funding opportunities to promote CDF products, initiatives, and support programs to eligible beneficiaries.
- Maximize program awareness and cross-promotion of CDF services to enhance sector engagement and enable beneficiaries to access CDF support.
- Develop and maintain account plans, track progress, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution and partner satisfaction.
- Provide insights on sector needs, market gaps, and program demand to internal teams to support development of products and funding instruments.
- Review applications and ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with CDF requirements before forwarding to relevant internal teams within the specified SLA.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of processes, sector-support programs, client experience, and operational efficiency in alignment with leading practices.
- Prepare accurate, timely reports for management highlighting engagement activities, partner needs, and program performance.
- Ensure adherence to all CDF, quality, governance, and policy requirements.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
- Organize tasks and implement policies, processes, procedures, forms, and tools to support consistent and efficient client engagement.
- Identify opportunities for ongoing enhancement of procedures and service delivery in alignment with leading practices in development-sector operations.
- Escalate issues when needed to ensure timely resolution and maintain high service standards.
- Provide support and coordination across departments when required to achieve organizational goals.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- +5 Years of experience in, banking client relations, financial roles within development funds, or banking related fields.
- Strong understanding of, government fund programs, and beneficiary engagement.
- Experience in stakeholder management, account development, and
- Knowledge of program planning, sector analysis, and relationship management best practices.
- A bachelor’s or a master's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent is required.
