Key Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage health research, operational research, and implementation science projects aligned with Shukhee's strategic priorities.
Develop research protocols, oversee ethical compliance, and ensure timely execution of research activities.
Lead scientific writing, manuscript preparation, and publication in peer-reviewed national and international journals.
Generate real-world evidence (RWE) and evaluate the impact of Shukhee's digital health and telemedicine services.
Analyze healthcare data to produce actionable insights and support evidence-based decision-making.
Represent Shukhee at national and international conferences, scientific forums, and research collaborations.
Build partnerships with universities, research institutions, government agencies, and development partners.
Prepare grant proposals, technical reports, policy briefs, and donor documentation.
Mentor research staff and strengthen organizational research capacity.
Collaborate with product, clinical, analytics, and customer experience teams to drive innovation and continuous service improvement.

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Informatics, Biostatistics, Medicine, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in health research, scientific publications (Q1 Journal—especially LANCET)
Demonstrated record of publications in indexed peer-reviewed journals.
Strong expertise in research methodology, biostatistics, scientific writing, and data interpretation.
Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
