Overview:
This role focuses on managing research operations programs that support UX research teams.
You’ll improve processes, manage budgets, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure research programs run efficiently.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage research operations programs (e.g., rapid research initiatives)
- Improve workflows, processes, templates, and documentation
- Partner with stakeholders across teams (research, sourcing, vendors, leadership)
- Manage vendor relationships and research participant recruitment
- Track and manage budgets and financial data
- Analyze data and provide insights for decision-making
- Create reports, dashboards, and program updates
- Identify risks, solve problems quickly, and keep projects on track
- Drive cross-team collaboration and communication
- Integrate AI tools into workflows responsibly and effectively

- Experience in large tech companies
- Experience with research vendors / participant sourcing
- Prior experience in similar research-focused organizations

- 5+ years relevant experience
- Experience building and scaling programs end-to-end
