As Right-Of-Way Staff, you will be responsible for providing foundational support to the Stakeholder Relations & Permitting, ROW, Regulatory, Legal and Compliance (SRRLC) on the different phases of the day-to-day processes in acquiring various documents, lands, and rights of lands for the identified components of all ARI Projects. The position holder focuses on the systematic organization, due diligence, and gathering of critical paperwork required to secure lands and rights of lands, while learning to navigate standards and stakeholder relationships under the guidance of senior team members and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Stakeholder Relations & Permitting, ROW, Regulatory, Legal and Compliance (SRRLC) to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Assist in gathering, organizing, and screening required documentation for land due diligence and land rights processes from landowners and various government agencies.
- Facilitate the internal document control process, ensuring all property documents and ROW agreements are correctly routed, signed, and filed.
- Provide regular updates to the Right-of-Way Supervisor regarding immediate project site concerns to help the team create proactive solutions.
- Participate in internal discussions with technical, legal, and finance teams to learn how to identify risks in land documentation.
- Assist the supervisor in managing the commercial and legal risks throughout the transmission line and access road right of way acquisition process, and participates in ensuring that ARI’s interest is protected and that the project objectives are met transparently and sustainably.
- Support the team in liaising and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve transmission line and road right of way acquisition targets. This includes but is not limited to:
- LGUs and National Government Agencies for securing the project endorsements for the development of proposed renewable energy projects in relation to transmission line and road right of way,
- Other Government entities, such as: DAR, BIR, DENR CENRO (for titling), Registry of Deeds, etc. is concerned (e.g. required inspections for permits and clearance purposes); for the preparation and processing of permits and clearances and/or for the early resolution of issues concerning clearance and approvals, matters regarding ordinances, regulations, taxes, and property laws.
- Community leaders and other concerned private entities regarding community concerns that need to be addressed
- Conducting information drives for the promotion and acceptability of ARI projects; initiates/attends council/group meetings for the facilitation/adoption of required resolutions
- Lawyers, permitting, and engineers to determine whether sites are suitable for transmission line routes and roads and lead the process of acquiring rights to the land.

What You Will Need:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year degree course
- Open to Fresh Graduates with a strong academic track record. Internship experience or involvement in school/community projects involving documentation, research, or community relations is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of contracts, property laws, or land titles is an advantage.
- High level of tech-literacy (proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of basic mapping tool/GIS is a plus).
