Job Summary:
To develop, design, and implement risk management, response, and mitigation plans. Establish and implement a comprehensive risk management framework and methodology covering all risks, including policies, procedures, processes, and guiding principles, while ensuring integration into the strategic planning process.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and continuous update of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, including policies, principles, procedures, and tools, ensuring alignment with international standards and best practices.
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of the Authority's risk register, classifying risks into categories such as strategic, operational, financial, and reputational risks, and updating it periodically in collaboration with organizational units.
- Direct risk assessment activities, analyze likelihood and impact, prioritize risk treatments, and propose effective response and contingency plans.
- Oversee the implementation of digital tools and reporting systems for risk measurement and monitoring and provide periodic reports to senior management.
- Represent the office in relevant internal and external meetings and provide expert recommendations to support management decisions.
- Perform any other duties related to the position as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Finance, or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within government or semi-government organizations
- With Risk Analysis and Strategic Planning Skills
- With deep understanding of Relevant Regulatory and Legislative Frameworks
- Must have a family book
