We are looking for a high-performing Sales Account Executive to develop strategic customer relationships, drive new business, and close complex enterprise technology opportunities across enterprise and government sectors.

What You Will Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and government accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with business and technology leaders, including C-suite stakeholders.
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Lead consultative, value-based sales engagements from discovery through contract closure.
  • Develop and execute account growth plans aligned to customer business objectives.
  • Work closely with Solution Consultants and delivery teams to develop winning solutions.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Consistently achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
  • Proven track record of managing and closing complex multi-million-dollar enterprise technology deals.
  • Strong experience selling enterprise solutions across:

Cloud & Multi-Cloud Services

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), IaaS, PaaS & Universal Credits

Managed Services

Cybersecurity

Data & AI Solutions

Digital Infrastructure

Software Development & Technology Consulting

  • Strong enterprise and government sector engagement experience.
  • Demonstrated success engaging and influencing C-level decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Bahrain market experience preferred.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
