Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Abu Dhabi for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will manage sales operations, coordinate with clients, maintain clear communication channels, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include supporting the sales team, managing client inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records. Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective sales execution is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Sales and ability to support a sales team effectively
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in business software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, MS Office)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of the interior design or fit-out industry is a plus
- Proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
