We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Ready-Mix Concrete Sales Engineers to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the ready-mix concrete sector
.
Key Responsibiliti
- esAcquire new projects within the assigned sales coverage are
- a.Conduct regular visits to contractors, consultants, and developer
- s.Prepare and submit quotations and commercial offers to client
- s.Negotiate pricing and contract terms in accordance with company policie
- s.Follow up on daily concrete pouring schedules with the operations tea
- m.Coordinate with the Credit Collection team regarding customer payments and outstanding balance
- s.Monitor projects from the quotation stage through completion of concrete suppl
- y.Submit daily and weekly sales activity report
- s.Monitor market prices and competitor activitie
- s.Maintain existing customer relationships and enhance customer satisfactio
- n.Coordinate with the Quality and Laboratory teams regarding technical issues and customer complaint
- s.Achieve monthly sales targets measured in cubic meters (m³
).
Qualifications & Requireme
- ntsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related fie
- ld.Minimum 3 years of experience in Ready-Mix Concrete Sales within Riya
- dh.Proven experience handling both government and private sector projec
- ts.Strong technical knowledge of concrete products and applicatio
- ns.Excellent understanding of Riyadh’s construction market and key contracto
- rs.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skil
- ls.Strong analytical and reporting capabiliti
- es.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, and ERP syste
- ms.Valid driving licen
- se.Ability to achieve sales targets and develop long-term client relationshi
