Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive (Consumer Products) based in Bangkok, with some work from home acceptable. The role will be responsible solely for growing our consumer products segment, managing a team to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with our key accounts. The role includes developing and implementing sales initiatives, such as, supporting in marketing campaigns with our channel partners, and building relationships with the payer stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Consumer Product segment (rapid test kits).
  • Identify and secure partnerships with pharmacy chains, healthcare providers, corporate wellness programs, and retail distributors.
  • Expand e-commerce and direct-to-consumer sales channels through online marketplaces and digital platforms.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, distribution agreements, and commercial contracts.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design consumer awareness campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor products in the consumer diagnostics space.
  • Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reporting.
  • Secure government based purchases and tenders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of sales or business development experience in healthcare, diagnostics, consumer health products, or medical devices.
  • Proven experience managing distribution channels or retail partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and partnership management skills.
  • Experience launching or scaling consumer healthcare products is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with at-home diagnostics, health screening kits, or consumer medical devices.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy chains, healthcare providers, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements for consumer health products.
