Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Investment Immigration Consultant role based in Sheikh Zayed City. The consultant will guide prospective clients through residency, citizenship, and investment immigration options, explaining program requirements, timelines, and costs in clear, accessible language. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting consultations (in person, by phone, and online), preparing tailored proposals, and following up consistently to close sales. The role involves coordinating with internal processing teams to ensure accurate documentation and smooth application submission, while keeping clients updated at each stage. The consultant will also maintain detailed records in CRM tools, participate in sales meetings and training, and stay current with changes in immigration and investment regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or client advisory roles, ideally in immigration, investment, real estate, or financial services.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to explain complex legal and financial concepts in a simple, client-friendly way.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and respect for client confidentiality.
  • Comfort using CRM systems, office productivity tools, and online communication platforms.
  • Detail-oriented approach to documentation, compliance, and record-keeping.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Sheikh Zayed City and occasionally outside standard business hours as needed.
  • Motivated, target-driven mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
