Title: Sales Manager

Company: CEFOC中国电子系统工程第四建设有限公司

Location: Thailand

I. Core Position Definition

Be responsible for the market development, customer acquisition, brand promotion and full-process marketing implementation of high-tech factories (semiconductor clean rooms, new energy manufacturing plants, data centers, biopharmaceutical clean workshops, and high-end intelligent factories) in a single region of the Middle East/North Africa/South America/North America. Achieve the goal of obtaining project leads, converting bids and meeting performance targets within the region, and build the company's brand influence and market competitiveness in the field of high-tech factory construction in the target region.

II. Core Job Responsibilities

(1) Market Research and Strategic Planning

Conduct in-depth research on the high-tech factory market in the target regions (Middle East/North Africa/South America/North America): including industry policies, infrastructure planning, trends in energy transition/digital economy/advanced manufacturing, market size, competitive landscape (international EPCs, local builders, self-construction demands of leading technology enterprises), and profiling of owners/general contractors/industrial park developers.

Focusing on five major sectors including semiconductors, new energy, data centers, biomedicine, and high-end manufacturing, we will produce regional market analysis reports, assess opportunities in each sector, create customer maps and annual marketing strategies, and formulate actionable market expansion plans and performance targets.

3. Track the investment dynamics and factory construction demands of sovereign funds, government infrastructure departments, international technology giants, and local leading manufacturing enterprises in the target regions to identify potential project opportunities.

(II) Customer Development and Relationship Maintenance

Build a core customer system in the target area: covering the owner side (global technology enterprises, regional manufacturing groups, sovereign funds, industrial park developers), the channel side (international EPC general contractors, local construction groups, industrial real estate service providers, industry consulting institutions), as well as government and industry association resources.

Independently complete customer lead mining, initial contact, demand research, solution communication and business negotiation, and drive the full conversion process from lead to intention, and from intention to bidding/contract signing.

3. Maintain key customer and channel partnerships, regularly conduct customer visits, technical exchanges, and project follow-ups, establish long-term stable cooperative trust, and increase customer repurchase and referral rates.

4. Collaborate with the company's technology, design, and engineering teams to provide customers with a full-process solution for high-tech factory buildings (including pre-consultation, design optimization, EPC construction, clean technology, mechanical and electrical installation, and digital delivery), precisely matching customer needs.

(III) Project Bidding and Performance Management

Take the lead in the preparatory work for the bidding of high-tech factory projects within the region: collect tender information, analyze tender documents, coordinate internal and external resources to prepare the bidding plan, calculate quotations, and prepare qualification documents.

2. Participate in project bid defense, business negotiations and contract signing, and promote the implementation of the project.

3. Establish a regional marketing data ledger to track the volume of leads, conversion rates, win rates, and performance completion status. Regularly produce marketing review reports to optimize marketing strategies and execution actions.

(4) Localization and Cross-Departmental Collaboration

Be familiar with the engineering compliance, labor policies, tax regulations and cultural customs of the target area, and work with local partners to solve compliance and communication issues in market expansion.

2. Work in close collaboration with departments such as the company's technology center, design research institute, executive headquarters, engineering management center, and legal department to ensure the consistency and professionalism of marketing plans, technical support, and project delivery.

3. Assemble and manage the regional temporary marketing team (including local part-time staff/agents), and coordinate the use of regional marketing resources and budgets.

III. Qualification Requirements for the Position

(1) Basic Conditions

Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to those majoring in marketing, international economics and trade, engineering management, civil engineering, mechatronics, clean technology and related fields.

2. At least 3-5 years of marketing experience in overseas engineering, construction, or high-tech factory building projects. Candidates with market expansion experience in any of the following regions: Middle East, North Africa, South America, or North America are preferred. Those with marketing experience in semiconductor, new energy, data centers, or biopharmaceutical cleanroom factories are also preferred.

3. English proficiency is required as a working language (fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing). Those who master a minor language of the target region (such as Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) will be given priority.

(II) Professional Competence

Familiar with the high-tech factory construction field: understand core technologies and construction requirements such as semiconductor clean rooms, micro-vibration control, anti-static, mechatronics, data center infrastructure, and GMP standards for biopharmaceuticals.

2. Possessing comprehensive capabilities in overseas market analysis, customer development, business negotiation, and tender management, capable of independently completing the entire process from market research to project contract signing.

3. Possess excellent customer insight and demand exploration capabilities, be able to precisely match the company's technological advantages with customer demands, and formulate differentiated marketing plans.

4. Possess strong cross-departmental collaboration, resource integration and project management capabilities, and be able to efficiently drive internal and external resources to achieve marketing goals.
