About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives across Government, PSU, Defense, Education, and Enterprise accounts. The role requires strategic account management, team leadership, and achievement of revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and business development across Government, PSU, Enterprise, Defense, and Education sectors.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior government officials, PSU executives, and enterprise decision-makers.
  • Lead the identification, qualification, and closure of large opportunities.
  • Manage tendering activities, GeM opportunities, RFPs, RFQs, and bid submissions.
  • Coordinate with OEM partners and internal technical teams to develop winning solutions.
  • Lead customer presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and business performance metrics.
  • Mentor and guide sales executives to improve performance and productivity.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Government procurement processes, GeM, and tender management.
  • Proven experience in B2G and Enterprise sales.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and account management skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Telecom, Cyber Security, Networking, Surveillance, AV Solutions, or System Integration business.
  • Ability to manage large and complex sales opportunities.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Government/PSU/Enterprise business.

Compensation
