As a Sales Manager, you will build and scale Offshore Development Center business focused on data annotation, data labelling, and scripting services, driving global client acquisition and long-term revenue growth across AI and domain-driven platforms.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new global clients for ODC-based data annotation and scripting services
  • Drive the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and discovery to solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
  • Build multi-year ODC engagements with scalable team structures and predictable revenue streams
  • Sell data services including image, video, LiDAR, and sensor data annotation, as well as text, NLP, and speech labelling
  • Deliver scripting and automation solutions for data pipelines, along with QA, validation, and data operations support

Domain-Focused Selling

  • Develop and execute vertical-specific sales strategies across Automotive, Medical and Healthcare, Insurance, and Sports and Media
  • Address domain-specific requirements such as compliance, quality, and scalability within each industry context

ODC & Solution Design

  • Collaborate with delivery, operations, and pre-sales teams to design ODC models including team sizing, ramp-up plans, service levels, and pricing
  • Define engagement structures such as managed services, dedicated teams, and hybrid models
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery to support successful execution

Partnerships & Market Presence

  • Build and maintain relationships with AI and machine learning product companies, system integrators, ISVs, and hyperscale ecosystems
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, AI forums, and client engagements to strengthen market presence

Account Growth & Revenue Ownership

  • Own revenue targets, pipeline forecasting, and quarterly closures with accountability for delivery outcomes
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services, domains, and geographies
  • Maintain strong client relationships and position yourself as a trusted advisor

We’d Love to Hear From You If…

Experience

  • You have 8 to 15 or more years of experience in ODC, IT services, or AI or machine learning services sales
  • You have demonstrated success in closing large, long-term ODC deals
  • You have experience working with international clients across the US, Europe, and APAC

Technical Expertise

  • You understand AI and machine learning workflows and can communicate them effectively to business stakeholders
  • You have commercial acumen in pricing, margins, and scalable delivery models
  • You have experience selling data labelling platforms or tools is advantageous
  • You have exposure to computer vision, NLP, or generative AI pipelines is advantageous
  • You have an existing client network within AI, automotive, or healthcare ecosystems is advantageous
