Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesforce Administrator role based in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Salesforce Administrator will configure, maintain, and improve the Salesforce.com environment, including managing users, roles, profiles, and permissions. Daily responsibilities include creating and updating validation rules, workflows, and automation to support business processes; building and maintaining reports and dashboards for stakeholders; and ensuring data quality through regular audits and updates. The role will also gather requirements from cross-functional teams, translate them into technical configurations, and provide user training and support. The administrator will collaborate closely with business and technology teams to optimize system performance, support integrations, and ensure adherence to best practices and security standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Salesforce.com Administration skills, including user management, configuration, and security setup
- Hands-on experience with Validation Rules and related Salesforce automation tools (e.g., workflows, process automation)
- Ability to design, build, and maintain Reports and Dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and recommend effective solutions
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, documenting configurations, and training end users
- Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) preferred
- Experience working with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, and familiarity with integrations and data migration tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work on-site in Islamabad, manage multiple priorities, and deliver in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
