Security & Defense Sector Sales Director
This is a senior role for a proven leader who can shape sector strategy, build high‑value partnerships, and lead complex solution sales from concept to commercialization, as the Sector Sales Director, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for T&S’s Security & Defense portfolio. You’ll work closely with executive leadership, technical teams, and ecosystem partners to position T&S as a trusted, innovative player in the national security landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the Security & Defense sector strategy aligned with T&S’s corporate objectives and national priorities.
- Lead sector transformation initiatives, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement across business development.
- Represent T&S in high‑level engagements, industry forums, and strategic partnerships.
Commercial & Growth Ownership
- Strengthen T&S’s market positioning through deep sector insights and competitive differentiation.
- Identify and prioritize high‑impact opportunities, programs, and use cases.
- Lead the design of sector‑specific solutions in collaboration with technical and product teams.
- Develop compelling value propositions, commercial models, and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Oversee the full opportunity lifecycle: qualification, solutioning, business case, PoC, proposal, and commercialization.
- Maintain a disciplined, high‑quality pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM governance.
Team & Capability Building
- Build and scale a high‑performing sector sales team with nationwide coverage.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence.
- Enable continuous capability development through coaching and knowledge sharing.
What You Bring
- 12+ years of experience in Security, Defense, ICT, or Government sector sales or business development.
- Proven success leading complex solution sales and multi‑stakeholder engagements.
- Strong understanding of ICT solutions, national security programs, and government procurement.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred
