We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to join a leading agency delivering integrated marketing campaigns across a number of exciting brands

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting and managing client accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and to a high standard. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies while overseeing day-to-day account operations. Your ability to manage multiple projects, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring all deliverables are completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines.
  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with client objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted day-to-day point of contact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across creative, content, digital, social media, events, and production to deliver effective marketing solutions.
  • Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Support and mentor junior team members where required.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to clients.
  • Contribute to new business opportunities through pitch preparation, proposals, and client presentations.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Integrated Marketing, or Client Services within an agency environment.
  • Experience working with various clients across consumer brands, government and lifestyle.
  • Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, experiential marketing, and brand communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking) – mandatory.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, client-focused, and passionate about building strong relationships.
