The Role
We're growing our commercial team and looking for a Senior B2B Sales Specialist to own high-value opportunities across B2B and B2G segments. You'll run the full sales cycle – from outbound prospecting to closing strategic deals – with corporate legal departments and government entities. This isn't an order-taking role. We're looking for someone who hunts, builds relationships at the C-level, and drives real revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
– Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting – cold calls, targeted emails, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.
– Own and drive a portfolio of strategic B2B and B2G accounts through the full sales cycle.
– Lead commercial negotiations with key decision-makers, structuring deals that align with client needs and Qanoniah's business objectives.
– Conduct compelling product demos and executive presentations tailored to legal and government stakeholders.
– Build and maintain C-level and decision-maker relationships across key accounts.
– Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
– Develop and execute territory and account plans to maximize pipeline coverage.
– Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth client handovers and long-term account health.
– Gather competitive intelligence and share strategic insights with product and leadership teams.
– Represent Qanoniah at legal forums, industry events, and client visits.
What We're Looking For
– 4+ years of experience in Sales B2B and B2G.
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
– Prior experience in SaaS, LegalTech, or technology sales is strongly preferred.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in Arabic and English.
– Strong command of CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
– Strategic thinker who can navigate complex procurement and decision-making processes.
– Self-starter who owns their pipeline and doesn't wait to be handed leads.
– Based in Riyadh and able to work on-site.
Nice to Have: Legal background or familiarity with the Saudi legal sector, B2G sales experience, experience mentoring junior sales talent.
