About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Child Care Coordinator to oversee and strengthen the implementation of child care programs, ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across all operational areas.
This role plays a key part in supporting program performance, coordinating with stakeholders, and enhancing impact in humanitarian and development contexts.
Key Responsibilities
- :Oversee the implementation of child care programs and ensure alignment with policies and standard
- sMonitor program performance and analyze reports to identify improvement opportunitie
- sCoordinate with field offices and partners to support effective program deliver
- yEnsure accuracy of data and proper system update
- sProvide technical guidance and support to team member
- sPrepare analytical reports and recommendations for managemen
- tContribute to program development and process improvement initiative
sRequirement
- sBachelor’s degree in a relevant fiel
- dMinimum 4 years of experience in child care, humanitarian, or NGO program
- sStrong analytical and reporting skill
- sExcellent communication skills in Arabic and Englis
- hAbility to manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholder
- sKnowledge of Qatar or GCC context is preferre
- dStrong leadership and coordination skill
- sExperience working in humanitarian or non-profit environment
