Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic planning initiatives for the Town
• Assess development proposals and prepare policies
• Develop and execute heritage planning strategies
• Ensure compliance with provincial and local regulations
• Support and mentor planning staff for heightened performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning
• Full CIP and OPPI membership, RPP designation
• 10-15 years’ planning experience in municipalities
• 8-10 years in management or director roles
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
