We are currently seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Senior Compliance Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance across operational processes, with a strong focus on SAP systems, cost control, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess areas of compliance across company policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks
- Conduct in-depth functional reviews of Cost Control processes to detect non-compliance and recommend corrective actions
- Investigate compliance issues, irregularities, and violations, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate with internal departments to communicate findings and enforce corrective measures
- Maintain and enhance tracking tools to ensure robust audit trails for internal and external audits
- Recommend process and system improvements based on compliance reviews and investigations
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in line with policies and procedures
- Follow up on compliance recommendations to ensure timely implementation
- Monitor and report compliance performance through monthly scorecards
- Support and coordinate compliance training initiatives
- Review and provide feedback on policies and procedures to address potential compliance gaps
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or internal audit
- GCC experience is an advantage
- Strong understanding of:
- Risk and compliance management
- Cost control processes
- Inventory management, material planning, and consumption
- Vendor sourcing and management
- Logistics and warehousing operations
- Experience working with SAP and Primavera systems
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Education
