The Role

We're looking for a Senior Customer Success Specialist to own long-term relationships with Qanoniah's most strategic B2B and B2G accounts. You'll go beyond check-in calls — driving adoption, securing renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior legal and government stakeholders. This is a high-ownership role where your impact on retention and growth is direct and measurable.

Key Responsibilities

– Own a portfolio of strategic B2B and B2G accounts as their primary point of contact post-sale.

– Lead onboarding programs, product walkthroughs, and training sessions to maximize platform adoption.

– Drive renewals and proactively identify and close upsell and expansion opportunities.

– Conduct regular check-ins and executive business reviews (EBRs) with key stakeholders.

– Develop tailored success plans aligned with each customer's business objectives.

– Monitor account health metrics and intervene early on churn risk signals.

– Build executive-level relationships across client organizations (B2B and B2G).

– Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Technical teams to resolve escalations.

– Translate customer feedback into structured insights for product and leadership teams.

– Mentor and guide junior Customer Success team members.

What We're Looking For

– 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations — preferably in SaaS or B2B tech.

– Proven track record of owning renewals and driving revenue expansion within accounts.

– Experience managing enterprise or government-level client relationships.

– Strong command of CRM systems and customer health tracking tools.

– Exceptional communication skills in Arabic and English — written and verbal.

– Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and surface insights.

– Based in Riyadh and able to work on-site.

Nice to Have: Legal background or familiarity with the legal industry, experience with CS platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero, or similar), experience coaching junior team members.
