Seeking an accomplished Senior Director to serve as a strategic leader and trusted partner within the EITS Office of the CIO & PMO. This executive-level role will provide operational leadership, strategic program oversight, stakeholder engagement, organizational alignment, and change management support across complex enterprise technology initiatives and healthcare transformation programs.
The selected candidate will play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide technology adoption, executive communications, operational excellence, and the successful integration and governance of enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a strategic advisor and operational leader supporting the EITS Office of the CIO and PMO across enterprise-wide initiatives and technology programs.
• Provide executive-level oversight and governance for complex IT projects, strategic initiatives, and organizational transformation efforts.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, executive communications, and enterprise change management activities.
• Facilitate collaboration across EITS service lines, business units, and operational departments to ensure successful program execution.
• Oversee the integration, operational stabilization, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise technologies, including the ServiceNow platform.
• Identify operational gaps, recommend solutions, and support divisional and departmental leadership teams.
• Direct, coordinate, and evaluate operational activities across multiple divisions, departments, and leadership teams.
• Represent executive leadership in engagements with City, Regional, State, and Federal agencies as required.
• Assist with the development and implementation of programs, policies, strategic initiatives, and operational frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
• Participate in executive leadership meetings, review budget submissions, and provide recommendations regarding proposed projects, investments, and programs.
• Act as a liaison between corporate departments to facilitate the delivery of technical, operational, and business services.
• Provide strategic recommendations, direction, and executive oversight for enterprise initiatives, operational improvements, and organizational priorities.
• Perform additional leadership responsibilities as assigned by the Assistant Vice President.
• Serve in the capacity of the Assistant Vice President within designated operational areas and during periods of absence.
📌 Mandatory Qualifications
✔ Minimum 15+ years of professional experience with significant leadership responsibility supporting healthcare organizations, enterprise technology programs, operations, PMOs, or strategic initiatives.
✔ One of the following educational qualifications:
• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Planning, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline, with at least seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare administration, public administration, personnel and labor relations, finance, strategic planning, liaison functions, inter-organizational coordination, or executive management.
OR
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with at least eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare administration, public administration, personnel and labor relations, finance, strategic planning, liaison functions, inter-organizational coordination, or executive management.
OR
• An equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.
✔ Demonstrated experience directing organizational operations, enterprise programs, strategic initiatives, and large-scale transformation efforts.
✔ Proven ability to work closely with executive leadership and manage complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, organizational, operational management, and decision-making capabilities.
✔ Experience overseeing enterprise-wide technology initiatives, modernization programs, and organizational change efforts.
✔ Ability to exercise independent judgment, strategic thinking, initiative, and executive-level decision-making within complex healthcare environments.
✔ Experience collaborating with government agencies, public sector organizations, regulatory bodies, and executive stakeholders.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting Healthcare IT organizations, Enterprise PMOs, CIO offices, or executive leadership teams.
• Experience leading enterprise technology transformation, modernization, and digital innovation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow implementation, platform integration, operational governance, and adoption strategies.
• Experience driving enterprise-wide organizational change management programs and executive communication strategies.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology ecosystems, governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.
• Experience supporting large public-sector healthcare organizations and complex enterprise environments.
• Experience coordinating strategic initiatives across multiple departments, service lines, and executive leadership teams.
• Knowledge of IT governance, enterprise service management, portfolio management, and operational excellence frameworks.

• Must be able to work onsite in New York City.
• Local candidates are highly preferred.
• Government, State Agency, Public Sector, or Healthcare Organization experience is required.
• Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior leadership, agency officials, and external stakeholders.
