Sterling Styles Limited is looking for Senior Executive – C&F (Clearing & Forwarding)
Job Description / Responsibility
We are a 100% Export-oriented garments manufacturing company. We are looking for a dynamic candidate for the “Senior Executive – C&F” position for our Head Office. The ideal candidate will have to take on the following responsibilities.
- Check & verify C&F agent bill, port charges, and clearing expenses.
- Prepare accounts voucher for Import and Export related expenses.
- Maintain a proper record of the Bill of Entry.
- Prepare import cost statement including duty, VAT, C&F charges, and other related expenses.
- Coordinate with the commercial Import & Export Team and Accounts Team.
- Preserve Bill of Entry, Challan, Delivery Order, and Gate Pass records.
- Submit the monthly bill to the party.
- Ensure adherence to government rules, bonded warehouse regulations, and industry standards.
- Handle delays, documentation discrepancies, and customs-related issues efficiently to avoid operational disruption.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
- CA CC, CMA partly qualified
- Skills Required: Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Accounting, ERP Software, Microsoft PowerPoint, customs duty, Reporting and Documentation, Asycuda, Communication and interpersonal skill, Good in advance Excel
