PREC manages a diversified real estate portfolio encompassing Property Management, Project Management & Interior Design, Estate Agency & Consultancy, Events Management, and Car Park Management. Among the PKNS key assets under PREC’s management are Kompleks PKNS Shah Alam, SACC Mall Shah Alam, Kompleks PKNS Bangi, Menara PKNS Petaling Jaya and Wisma Yakin Kuala Lumpur. In addition, PREC owns several strategic assets including Menara Worldwide Bukit Bintang in Kuala Lumpur, Dana 1 Car Park Ara Damansara and a shop lot unit at Menara U Shah Alam.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Communications Senior Executive / Executive role located in Shah Alam. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to press releases, communication, corporate communications, media relations, strategic communications, event management and A&P within the organization.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in corporate communications, PR, events, A&P or related field
- A creative thinker with an eye for branding and storytelling.
- Press Releases and Media Relations skills
- Strong Communication and Corporate Communications abilities
- Experience in Strategic Communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Events, or related field
- Minimum one year experience.
- Experience in real estate industry or malls management is a plus
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute integrated corporate communications and public relations strategies to strengthen brand reputation and positioning
- Manage media relations including press releases, media engagement, and corporate announcements
- Drive consistent internal and external communications aligned with company objectives and leadership messaging
- Create compelling content for digital platforms, including social media, website, and corporate publications
- Plan and execute Advertising & Promotion (A&P) campaigns in line with overall brand and communication strategy
- Lead and support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, including planning, execution, and amplification
- Coordinate corporate events, media briefings, and stakeholder engagements
- Collaborate with internal departments, agencies, and partners to ensure consistent and impactful messaging
- Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and campaign performance to enhance communication effectiveness
