Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive – Payroll based in Colombo. The Senior Executive – Payroll will oversee all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal regulations. Key responsibilities include managing employee compensation calculations, maintaining payroll records, resolving payroll discrepancies, and ensuring timely disbursement of salaries. The role also involves generating payroll-related reports, liaising with other departments, and implementing improvements for payroll efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A professional qualification in payroll or HRIS management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in payroll processing with hands-on experience in HRIS (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of statutory payroll requirements and compliance.
