Job Summary

The Senior Government & Strategic Relations Specialist oversees all post-sale engagement and communication with NASS Iraq’s clients, ensuring exceptional customer experience, service quality, and contractual compliance. This role ensures customers receive consistent, professional support across all subsidiaries, fostering loyalty, timely collections, and sustained account growth. The position is pivotal in maintaining client satisfaction, tracking SLAs, and reinforcing NASS Iraq’s brand as a reliable long-term partner.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, decision-makers, and influencers. ·
  • Establish and maintain structured communication channels with key accounts, ensuring client inquiries and issues are addressed promptly.
  • · Oversee the client feedback, satisfaction, and complaint resolution process to ensure high retention and satisfaction scores. ·
  • Develop and enforce customer engagement plans for critical and high-value accounts. ·
  • Ensure the team maintains professionalism, responsiveness, and adherence to service standards in all client interactions. ·
  • Oversee SLA performance across all active contracts and ensure deviations are tracked, analyzed, and rectified. ·
  • Coordinate with PMO, Operations, and Technical Support teams to monitor service delivery, uptime, and response performance. ·
  • Review and validate SLA compliance reports before submission to management or clients. · Propose service improvement initiatives based on SLA trends and customer feedback. ·
  • Supervise the Admin & Archiving team in maintaining accurate and complete client files, correspondence logs, and contractual records. ·
  • Ensure all communication, service reports, and approvals are properly documented and retrievable. ·
  • Maintain centralized customer data records for integration with CRM and performance reporting systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7–10+ years of experience in government relations, business development, or account management, preferably within ICT or similar sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and handle key client relationships at an organizational level.
  • Strong understanding of service-level agreements, client lifecycle management, and escalation handling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and reporting dashboards.
  • Fluent in English.
