Are you passionate about helping people understand and adopt technology through clear communication and engaging training? Queensland Public Trustee (QPT) is seeking a Senior ICT Training and Communications Officer to support the development, delivery and adoption of ICT initiatives across the organisation.

In this role, you will work with subject matter experts and project teams to create high‑quality training materials, communications and knowledge resources, including user guides, presentations and e‑learning content. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, support ICT documentation and provide advice to improve user engagement and system adoption in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.

This is an exciting permanent full-time opportunity based in Brisbane CBD.

About You

You are a proactive and collaborative professional with strong communication and training capability, who can translate complex ICT concepts into clear, engaging and practical information.

You'll Succeed In This Role If You Bring

  • Experience developing training materials and communications, including guides, presentations and digital content.
  • Ability to deliver training and facilitate workshops for diverse user groups.
  • Strong written communication skills, producing clear and effective ICT‑related content.
  • Experience supporting change and adoption of new systems or processes.
  • Well‑developed stakeholder engagement skills, building effective working relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Relevant qualifications or experience in Information Technology, learning and development, or communications will be highly regarded.
