What You Will Be Working On
- Formulate and review policies with regard to racial and religious harmony, including safeguarding common spaces in Singapore.
- Conduct research, environment scans and analyse trends on socio-economic, intra- and inter-racial and religious issues both in Singapore and globally.
- Work closely with Muis, MENDAKI, PA MESRA, various government agencies and external stakeholders to develop and review community initiatives and events.
- Provide Secretariat support to the Minister-in-charge of Muslim Affairs and various inter-agency committees.
What We Are Looking For
Work Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience, with demonstrated track record in policy work, stakeholder engagement, or community development
- Experience in managing inter-agency projects and working with diverse community stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Singapore's social fabric and community relations landscape
- Experience in policy analysis and development would be an advantage

- Strategically identify, analyse, and prioritise stakeholders across diverse domains, developing targeted engagement approaches.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with varied stakeholders, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and aligning partnerships with organisational goals.
Data-driven Policy Analysis
- Utilises data analytics to review existing policies, programmes, and initiatives, assessing their effectiveness and impact
- Develops evidence-based recommendations for new or improved strategies, leveraging insights from complex data analysis

- Strong organisational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
- Able to work in a team and independently.
