Role Purpose
Ensuring the effective management of products and services, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and retention, by managing the operations of residential services such as broadband internet, fixed line and television services provided to household customers.

Minimum Role Requirements
- Bachelor in relevant discipline.
- 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a management position.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop a business plan to meet organisational objectives
- Understand the market and competition to generate innovative business ideas
- Manage customer relationships ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
- Create new sales and retention strategies, applying market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends and any risks
- Work with product development teams to develop new products and services that meet customers’ changing needs
- Monitor financial performance and budgets to ensure that revenue and profit targets are met
- Develop a pricing model and strategy that is competitive and profitable
- Monitor operational aspects of service delivery such as installation, querying and repair services
- Work with marketing teams to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns
- Provide direction and support to the sales team to achieve sales and coordinating with other departments such as finance, IT and legal to meet business objectives
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers that provide key products, services, and equipment
