We’re looking for a Senior Officer, Learning Operations & Stakeholder Management, Learning and Leadership Development Division (LLD) to help shape meaningful learning experiences that empower people and strengthen organizations. You’ll coordinate end-to-end learning operations, work closely with diverse stakeholders, and ensure training programmes are planned and delivered seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale training programmes, ensuring timely delivery of learning interventions across physical, virtual, and blended learning platforms.
- Manage training logistics by coordinating facilitator schedules, venue arrangements, transportation, accommodation, learning materials, participant communication, and other operational requirements to ensure seamless programme delivery.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal programmes, external organizations, corporate partners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives, timelines, participant management, and successful implementation of learning initiatives.
- Facilitate continuous stakeholder communication by providing regular project updates, addressing operational challenges, managing expectations, and ensuring timely resolution of issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and customize training materials, learning modules, and participant resources based on programme requirements, and facilitate training sessions when required using effective adult learning methodologies.
- Maintain participant databases, attendance records, certification processes, and other learning management information while ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Support budget monitoring, financial tracking, logistics cost allocation, and cross-charging processes in collaboration with relevant teams to ensure efficient utilization of project resources.
- Prepare analytical reports, project documentation, and performance updates by tracking key operational indicators and providing data-driven insights to support continuous improvement of learning programmes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning operations by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and learner experience across capacity-building initiatives.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation, and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members, and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of curriculum design, adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, training project management, microfinance operations, and social development initiatives.
- Possess proven expertise in curriculum development, training content design, facilitation, and the effective use of digital learning platforms, blended learning approaches, and learning management systems.
- Apply strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills to design evidence-based learning interventions, monitor programme outcomes, and prepare high-quality reports.
- Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and digital learning, management information, and collaboration tools to support efficient programme delivery.
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, proposal writing, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement by adopting learner-centered approaches, embracing new technologies and best practices, adapting to evolving training needs, and maintaining a strong focus on achieving measurable learning outcomes.
Educational Requirements:
Graduate or Postgraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Human Resource Management, Project Management, Development Studies, or a related discipline from a recognized or reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in managing high-volume operations, large-scale training or event coordination, stakeholder engagement, project operations, or key account management.
Experience in learning and development, capacity-building programmes, or development sector projects will be an added advantage.
