Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty), NC Clearance required : SECRET Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Provide expert operational input for the development, design, and execution of Mission Readiness Exercises (MRXs).
* Advise SOMTC staff on SOF operational concepts, doctrine, and best practices.
* Support exercise planning, scenario development, and coordination with participating units.
* Ensure MRX products align with training objectives and operational readiness standards.
* Assist in after-action reviews and refinement of training effectiveness. Qualifications
* Associate; 15 years of related military experience may substitute.
* Graduate of the U.S. Army Special Forces Qualifying Course (Officer 18A, Warrant Officer 180A, or NCO 18-series MOS) AND graduate of a U.S. military intermediate course or Senior Service College; OR graduate of the SF Warrant Officer Advanced Course; OR graduate of the NCOES First Sergeant Course or Sergeants Major Course.
* SOF assignment–Special Forces, PSYOP, Civil Affairs, Ranger Regiment, Special Operations Aviation, or Special Mission units–OR Military Intelligence, Logistics Corps, Field Artillery, or Department of War (DoW) equivalent. Desired/
Preferred Qualifications:
* 2 years researching, planning, preparing, coordinating, and executing Mission Readiness Exercises (MRXs).
