We are looking for a Senior Partnership Specialist to drive strategic partnerships with public sector organizations and accelerate the adoption of Zalo-based solutions in digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business development capability, consultative thinking, and hands-on project management to build trusted relationships and deliver impactful solutions at scale.

🤖 What you will do

1. Market Development & Partnership Building

  • Proactively identify, build, and maintain relationships with leaders and digital transformation stakeholders across government agencies and public sector organizations;
  • Develop partnership opportunities that expand the adoption of Zalo solutions in public sector digital transformation programs;
  • Strengthen Zalo’s presence and credibility within the government ecosystem through consistent engagement and trusted advisory support.

2. Solution Consulting

  • Research and understand the operational needs, challenges, and transformation priorities of partner organizations;
  • Consult and propose suitable Zalo-based solutions that address real use cases and create measurable impact;
  • Act as a strategic advisor to partners by translating business needs into practical and effective digital solutions.

3. Project Management & Delivery

  • Lead the coordination, planning, and execution of partnership projects from initiation to rollout;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs are achieved;
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues proactively, and drive execution with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.

4. Industry Representation

  • Represent the company at relevant digital transformation conferences, forums, and events;
  • Promote Zalo solutions, build new connections, and identify opportunities to expand partnerships in the public sector.

👾 What you will need

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Account Management;
  • Proven experience working with government agencies or public sector partners;
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage several projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with logical thinking and the ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust with senior-level partners;
  • Professional, polished appearance and strong executive presence;
  • High adaptability and willingness to travel to provinces/cities as required by project needs.
