The role integrates land use planning, infrastructure coordination, and smart city principles to deliver resilient, liveable, and economically viable urban environments.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in urban planning or related fields.
Years of Experience Required:
Preferably 2–5 years of experience in urban and regional planning.
Technical / Functional Skills:
- GIS knowledge (preferred)
- CAD proficiency
- Knowledge of planning regulations and zoning laws
- Data interpretation and modelling skills
- English (written and spoken): Essential
- Arabic (written and spoken) preferred
