Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of integrated master programs for large-scale building projects or civil infrastructure projects using Primavera P6
- Develop tender programs and construction methodologies for bids on government and private sector projects
- Conduct schedule risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies
- Lead monthly progress reviews with project teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Identify potential delays and propose recovery plans
- Interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on program matters
- Ensure compliance with contractual program requirements
- Support claims preparation and delay analysis when required
- Maintain documentation in accordance with company and client standards
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional qualification (MHKIE, RPE, CIOB, PMP, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience in planning for building or civil engineering projects
- At least 8 years in a senior planning role with a Hong Kong main contractor
- Proven experience with Hong Kong Government projects (CEDD, HyD, DSD, etc.) and major private developments
- Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies for civil infrastructure works
- Experience with BIM 4D/5D planning and digital construction tools
- Hands-on experience with at least 3 major building/ civil infrastructure projects in Hong Kong (minimum HK$500 million each)
- Specific experience in one or more of: tunnel projects, bridgeworks, railway systems, reclamation, slope works, or drainage projects will be added advantage
- Experience working with MTRC, Airport Authority, or other major Hong Kong infrastructure clients
- Proven track record in tender planning and successful project delivery
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Cantonese
- Monthly salary up to $120,000 +Guaranteed bonus + Discretionary bonus
