Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary depending on the role but may include:

- Providing high-level strategic advice to senior leaders and decision-makers

- Preparing high-quality briefings, cabinet submissions, reports, and discussion papers
- Managing stakeholder engagement and consultation processes across government, industry, and community groups
- Overseeing and mentoring junior policy staff (where applicable)
- Monitoring policy outcomes and driving continuous improvement
About You
We are seeking professionals who can demonstrate:
- Significant experience in policy development, analysis, or advisory roles
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to navigate complex policy environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level briefings
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in fast-paced environments
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience working within government or highly regulated environments (strongly preferred)
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in public policy, law, economics, political science, or a related discipline (desirable)
