Position: Senior Program Manager with Security Clearance
Mayvin is seeking a Senior Program Manager who is responsible for supporting the Office of Congressional Affairs (OCA). The Senior Program Manager will assist OCA in providing lawmakers with information regarding the United States Marshals Service’s (USMS’s) missions and activities, respond to Congressional inquiries, and coordinate the nominations of United States Marshals. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must undergo a Background Investigation (BI) Responsibilities:
* Prepare correspondence as needed for management signature
* Prepare reports, memoranda, briefing papers, and other written material for internal and external use
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with Presidential Nominees, internal employees, and outside sources
* Interpret existing rules, regulations, and USMS policies
* Develop and analyzes program resource requests
* Review documents for accuracy and completeness
* Interpret federal government’s regulations during the nomination process
