🚀 We're Hiring | Senior Project Planner
Green Group is looking for a highly organized and analytical Senior Project Planner to join our team in Riyadh.
If you have a strong background in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and executive reporting within construction, landscaping, fit-out, or design & build environments, we'd love to hear from you.
📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
🏢 Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, review, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and weekly plans.
• Identify delays, risks, and performance deviations, providing practical recommendations.
• Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly executive reports.
• Support delay analysis and EOT evaluations when required.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, procurement, finance, and design departments.
• Maintain project dashboards, KPI tracking, and risk registers.
• Transform complex project data into meaningful insights for management decision-making.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
✔ 5–8 years of experience in project planning, project controls, or scheduling.
✔ Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
✔ Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
✔ Solid understanding of project controls, cost, quality, risk, procurement, and cash flow processes.
✔ Professional English communication skills.
✔ Ability to conduct site visits within Riyadh when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in residential villas, compounds, fit-out, landscaping, or mixed-use developments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Primavera P6 Certification, or equivalent.
• Experience with EVM, delay analysis, EOT claims, Power BI, Odoo, or project dashboard systems.
