About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Quality Assurance Officer to lead our quality initiatives at JPH Co. In this senior-level role, you will not only maintain compliance but also drive process optimization and mentor team members. You will be a key decision-maker in ensuring our Al-Mwaggar facility meets the highest international quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Strategize: Spearhead the development and maintenance of robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure full alignment with cGMP and international regulatory benchmarks.
- Audit Leadership: Direct internal and external audits, including hosting inspections from regulatory authorities and resolving complex compliance challenges.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify quality risks, implement preventive measures, and manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) systems at a high level.
- Mentorship & Oversight: Oversee documentation workflows and provide technical guidance/mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of quality.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related escalations, working closely with production and regulatory teams to ensure seamless operational integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry, with demonstrated leadership or senior-level responsibilities.
- Expert knowledge of ISO standards, cGMP guidelines, and local health authority regulations.
- Exceptional analytical, leadership, and crisis-management skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
